How to Use This System
Start with the Pipeline
View all active deals in the Pipeline tab. Drag deals between stages as they progress through the 8-stage M&A process.
Monitor Governance
Check the Governance tab for pending approvals, strategic alerts, and priority decisions requiring immediate attention.
Review Financials
Use Financial Controls to validate ROIC calculations, monitor hurdle rates (15% threshold), and analyze investment returns.
Manage Documents
Upload, organize, and version control all deal-related documents in the Documents tab with full search capabilities.
Get AI Assistance
Use the AI Assistant for contextual help, document generation, financial analysis, and strategic insights.

Important Notes
Hurdle Rate: All deals must achieve minimum 15% ROIC. Below-hurdle deals are flagged for strategic review.
Approval Requirements: ED approval required for Pre-NDA, Pre-NBO, and Pre-BO stages. Board approval required for deals >£10M at Signing stage.
Real-time Updates: All changes are automatically saved and synchronized across the platform.
